Very suspicious SSA email
Got a very suspicious looking email this morning(went straight to spam); viewing the html coding says the address had a @socialavailablestatements.com comopnent, and I spoke with someone at my local SSA office who believes the email isn't legit.... The mail itself claimed I had requested a Social Security statement of some type and had a pdf attached, which I of course didn't touch(again, I only indirectly looked at the email); haven't directly contacted them about anything in literally a decade, so I'm pretty sure this was a scam attempt, but that's certainly a new one on me! Searching the email address across multiple engines found literally zero matches, so I guess someone was getting creative....
