ES para español.” Payment is through papayapay (For an ER visit I had back in May 6/7 months ago, they sent me the text the fifth of November) I tried to call them to put my insurance on the bill (I gave them my insurance card when I first came in). They said I owe zero dollars and transferred me to a few people and I’m still clueless but nobody has called me, no emails, no mail. On the last day to pay I went in person and they told me I have $0 on my account. This is my first hospital bill so I’m not sure how things work I’ve talked to a few different people on the phone and they tell me I have a zero balance. The hospital gave me a number to call when I went in person the other day, I’m going to call it, I just want your opinion first. Is this a scam?
